Home Depot Day

Daddy and the boys went off to Home Depot for their monthly trip. Kids Workshops are free "How-To Clinics" designed for children. The workshops are offered on the first Saturday of each month between 9:00 a.m. and noon at the Home Depot store. Children accompanied by an adult construct projects from pre-fabricated kits. The kits are designed to be both educational and practical. And the boys as usual had fun constructing their project. Today they built a planter-box, and even pounded most the nails themselves, while daddy tried hard to hold the wood pieces together - and not have his thumbs struck by the occasional hammer that missed the head. It is one of the highlights of the month, and Kobe and Kian are very proud of what they accomplished...
